On Wednesday, December 22 2021 we held our first Gatsby themed event; three days before Christmas. The decor complemented the spirit of the season with gifts at the foot of our Christmas tree.
The day was jam-packed with fun and each team member was gifted with memorabilia. We had lots of activities, our coordinated dance routines and our awards for “Decorate Your Space”.
The stage was set for a great team bonding, with that said, we share the highlights of our event with you.

Annual Staff Retreat 2020
Our 1st Annual Office Retreat took place on the 20th day of January 2021 under the theme “Take Care”. There were three distinct and equally riveting presentations that focused on taking care of the brand; taking care of the client and taking care of yourself. A wealth of knowledge was shared and lively discussion was the order of the day. Interspersed between the presentations were fun and engaging team building exercises that afforded us the opportunity to see ourselves through the eyes of our colleagues and friends. Not only were our minds fed but also our bodies; with a fantastic catered lunch and well placed coffee breaks.
In a competitive market, the brand is more than just a name or your logo, it is ‘what others say about you when you are not in the room’. The basis of a successful practice are satisfied clients so it is important to remember that ‘it is cheaper to retain a good client, rather than to acquire a new client’. Of equal importance to the treatment of our clients is the treatment and well-being of our entire compliment- the people who ‘drive the firm’. There is an indisputable connection between how we treat ourselves and how efficient we are so be mindful and ensure you take the time to rest and renew; to eat well and in a timely manner; to exercise; to work together and to create a working environment that fosters growth whilst being supportive.
Until next year; please remember to TAKE CARE!

Christmas Luncheon 2020
Our Christmas Luncheon was held on a partly cloudy yet beautiful Friday afternoon. Our team gathered to commemorate the birth of Christ and partake in our annual festivities. The beautifully decorated venue set the tone for an afternoon indulging in exquisite food, good music by our resident ‘DJ’ and Christmas spirit. The day was joyous and with bouts of laughter and alas, we were visited by our very own ‘Santa’; who brought new flair to the signature red suit with matching glasses.
