Covid-19 Workplace Protocols

Due to the impacts of Covid 19, we have adjusted our processes and added a few protocols to ensure we safely serve you during these times.

Opt to calling or emailing first before deciding to visiting. We maybe able to answer your questions or assist you through these mediums, and will advise you whether to come in.

Wear a mask at all times. All parties are required to fit a facial masks whenever on premise.

Ensure hands are properly washed & sanitized. We may handle, exchange or sign documents, clean hands lessen the transmission of the virus. Sanitizers are available on premise for use.

No handshaking. Elbow bumps are fine, as we try our best to social distance as best as possible 🙂

Office area is limited to xx persons and waiting area will hold a maximum of xxx persons at a time. Only the client or clients of interest should visit the office whenever applicable, to help limit the number of people present at any given time.

If showing symptoms of Covid 19. Call us to reschedule your in-office visit, until your illness or symptoms subside and you have seek the necessary help.
